Soichi a young man that has a dream to sing in a k-pop band  go to Tokyo to study and  find his  path in music  but after all his dream to sing in a band becomes true but is this the band he wanted is this the way he wanted to be , it seems he doesn;t like much the music he does now , he plays in a metal band Detroit Metal City DMC and all he dreams about is to sing at least once a romantic song .

Soichi is very different  from Johannes Krauser the plays in his DMC band he is cute and is nothing like he acts on stage so he keeps it secret from everyone else , even his family. The most funny moment is when he meets one of his old friends and she tells him about the DMC band leader , " that he is consuming drugs and does many other crazy stuff" . Soichi thinks in that moment " If she only knew he never even smoked or been with a girl " lol Interesting how long he will hide this. He is very afraid of his manager and does everything she asks him even when she ruins his apartment and makes him do  all sort of crazy things. The characters look different from usual anime and backgrounds have their own style , can be related to old anyme drawing style.
